Choose the desired type of vehicle from the horizontal panel of your screen. Note, the vehicle type can be selected or changed any time before requesting the ride.
The system automatically alerts all the free drivers nearest to your pick-up point and the driver with the quickest response is assigned for the ride. If you are willing to change the assigned driver of vehicle, kindly cancel the ride and book another ride.
As soon as the driver is assigned for your ride, the contact details of the driver will be available on your screen.
Once your requested ride is assigned, the photo of the driver and number of the car along with its model will be available for you to view. Vehicle and driver details will only be available once a ride is assigned.
Rides can be cancelled free of charge before the driver arrives at the selected pick-up point. After the driver arrives at your pick-up point and confirms at “arrived” on the app, cancellation will be subject to a fee.
No, you can download and use the app for free.
No, the booking continues even if you close the app. A push message is sent just before the vehicle arrives. If you leave the app open, you can track the vehicle's arrival live on the map.
Using your passenger account, you may request only one OBHAI vehicle at a time. You can request another vehicle immediately after your ongoing trip ends.
