Q. How can I request a ride/parcel?
- Start by clicking the 'Where to' option.
- Enter both your pickup location and destination address in the provided boxes.
- Save your workplace and home locations for quick access in the app.
- Alternatively, set the destination location by clicking "Set destination location on the map."
- Your default pickup point is automatically set to your current GPS location. If your pickup location differs, simply tap on the map and update the address.
- Now, choose the type of vehicle you prefer from the options at the bottom of your screen:
- CNG
- OBHAI G™
- EXPRESS
- Place the request and wait for a driver to accept your request.
- Once accepted, you'll be able to track your driver's location and estimated arrival time at your pickup point on the map.
- Stay informed through app notifications, alerting you when your driver reaches the pickup location.
Q. How can I see the Estimated Fare?
The Estimated Fare is visible beside each vehicle type.
Q. How do I select a type of vehicle?
Select your preferred vehicle type from the horizontal panel on your screen. Please note that you can choose or change the vehicle type at any time before confirming your ride request.
Q. Can I request for a specific driver?
Available vehicles can be seen to map screen. If there's no driver when you request one, but a new driver becomes available shortly after, you'll get a notification about the new driver. Customer can use Find another driver feature if s/he wish to change the assigned driver without canceling the ride. For specific driver customer can use “Connect to a driver” feature
Q. How to contact my OBHAI driver?
Once the driver is assigned for your ride, the contact details of the driver will be available on your screen. To ensure in-app call, you can choose the Free call option, which will be recorded by OBHAI.
Q. How can I identify my ride?
Once your ride is assigned, relevant details such as the driver's photo, car number, and model will be accessible. Please note that these specifics become visible only after the ride is assigned.
Q. How can I cancel an OBHAI ride?
Customer can’t cancel the ride once the driver reaches the designated pick-up point and taps arrive button. Customer will be charged a cancellation fee if either 15 minute have passed or the driver has traveled more than 500 meters before arriving.
Q. Does it cost anything to use the OBHAI app?
No, you can download and use the app for free.
Q. Do I lose my OBHAI booking if I close the app?
No, the booking continues even if you close the app. A push message is sent just before the vehicle arrives. If you leave the app open, you can track the vehicle's arrival live on the map.
